Jim Nissing, JD
Jim Nissing is Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Financial Network. Jim is dedicated to providing his clients with the quality, professionalism and integrity they deserve. “We never forget that we are here to help our clients first and fulfill their needs,” says Jim. “To accomplish this, we are responsive, accessible and follow through on all of our promises. He is a Washington State based attorney specializing in real estate and finance. He brings more than three decades of real estate and entrepreneurial experience to both domestic and international clients. He provides comprehensive real estate investment services to investors who seek long-term residential and commercial real estate opportunities for their portfolios. The Seattle-based company manages all phases of the investment process on behalf of its investors, from property acquisition to renovation to tenant management. Jim plays an active role in all aspects of the business and leads the company’s strategic planning and growth functions. He buys and sells discounted mortgages, and buys, develops and sells real estate. He has owned and operated a mortgage company, a construction company, a development company and a real estate brokerage.
Jim and his dedicated staff of professionals set up and form corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships of all types, and provide ongoing business, tax and legal advice for these entities, including strategic planning and executive coaching services.
Jim is also well versed in the areas of international law and asset protection law. His knowledge of international law, and close ties with respected attorneys, financial advisers and certified public accountants across the globe, provides our clients with access to experienced and ethical professionals. In addition, Jim assists real estate investors and developers with acquisitions, sales and projects.
Jim leads the meeting of the masterminds and focuses on specific challenges and opportunities faced in the market and methods to enhance business for long-term sustainability
Jim is responsible for the development of strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and business development for Matrix
Jim has a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University School of Law and a BA degree from the University of Washington. Jim is a member of the Washington State Bar Association
In the past 30 years Jim and his real estate development firms have built new homes, and developed mobile home parks, rv parks, apartments and commercial office space. Also the company has managed several hundred properties, including mobile home parks, rv parks, apartments, and office buildings.
He and his family enjoy living in the Northwest and all that it offers.
